Happy Buddha Fast Food

This is absolutely my favorite fast food in the Shively area on nights when I want to pick up something quick for take home. The decor is wanting as it was an old Pizza Hut converted to Chinese, but this place is family owned and you won't find sweeter people or better food anywhere. Even thought the facility is older it is always clean with oriental charm. I've called for to go orders so much that the sweet little lady there remembers my voice and my order! The food is excellent and they are great for swapping items on dinners at no extra charge. They have a complete list of dinners that are HUGE which you can buy all day until close which run from about $3-$6 These dinners consist of entrée, egg roll (you can swap for spring roll) and fried rice. We usually buy four dinners and an appetizer (about $20)and share for variety and still have allot left even w/ two men in the house. If you want a quick yummy Chinese meal that won't cost you an arm and a leg this is the place to go.
