Bubbakoo's Burritos

Think of a more mellow tasting Chipotle with more variety. I thoroughly enjoyed this little hole in the wall. Food portions are plenty for the price and the service was excellent. So far it's the best kept secret for made to order Mexican food!

Very over hyped for me.. first time here and there was a hair in my tacos.. not much of a response from the employees when I brought it to them. All I received was a small apology from the guy who re made my food. For the price chipotle is much better price for quality.

I'm leaving one star here only because I have to. When I arrived at Bubbakoo's there were two employees there. One outside on the phone and the other working the grill and register. We didn't realize the employee from outside was an employee until he walked inside, laid his lighter and phone down on the counter in front of us and asked if he could help us..... we debated on walking out immediately, but continued to press our luck... The food was not fresh. My wife and I always eat lettuce in our burrito bowls, but we did not ask for it as it looked brown. After seeing that the food looked as if it had been sitting there for hours, we agreed to not even test the waters of guac. The only positivity that came from this was that neither of us caught food poisoning. I have lived in Saint Matthews for a while and have witnessed numerous businesses come and go at this location. Bubbakoo's looks to add to this statistic with the direction it's heading.

Me and my friend wanted came here for the first time because we wanted to try something new, and it didn’t disappoint! The customer service was great and super friendly, makes me want to come back for sure! The food was great and made just how i like! Will for sure be coming back and recommending to my friends!

Do not eat here. I've had several bad experiences with delivery so decided to drive in. No air conditioning in the store so it was hot and uncomfortable inside. There was an aura of filth in the store that would make a teenage male uncomfortable. When we first spoke to the one employee working the line, we were informed that they were out of gloves so one person makes the food and one person handles the money. Both employees were doing everything. Utterly disgusted, I pressed on and ordered. They did give me an enormous amount of food which lasted 2 meals. The food was not good by any means, but it was edible and cheap. Avoid this establishment. It is potentially, literally, the worst restaurant in Louisville.
