Ziggi's Coffee - Louisville

I genuinely adore the people, the ambiance, and the coffee! However, the drive-thru service tends to be slow. It’s not the ideal option if you’re in a rush!

I met a friend here for coffee before starting my workday, and I was really impressed. The service was outstanding, thanks to the attentive staff. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual meeting.

There was just one overworked barista handling everything, and while they did an excellent job, they definitely needed some help to manage the customers and the drive-thru service. As for kid-friendliness, they provided toys for young children to play with.

The restaurant misleads its employees regarding compensation and does not offer proper training for new hires before placing them in difficult situations. Consequently, management grows frustrated when these inexperienced workers struggle with tasks they were not adequately trained on, or were given instructions in confusing and inconsistent manners.

I haven't visited frequently, but I'm really fond of their drinks! Even when the place is packed with middle schoolers on Wednesday mornings, they still manage to serve the drinks quickly. I haven't had the opportunity to try the cake pops yet, but I'm always delighted to see that they're available!
