And they only provided half the meat in my chicken and steak combo, they didn’t tell me they were out of tortillas until my food was brought out. Awful all around. Service was extremely slow and the staff acted like it was a burden I was ordering.
Food is ok, but the waitstaff are definitely overwhelmed and can't handle the lunch crowd. I asked for a refill on my soda three times and never got it. I had to ask for my bill three times as well, and they're lucky they finally got it to me, because I was about to leave. I wasn't going to miss my flight. Help the waitstaff out. Don't eat here.
Took food forever to get out to us. Server was nice yet never followed up after we got our food. Silverware still had old food in it when I pulled it out. Smelled like they used an old rag to clean the tables. Fry’s we’re crispy tho
The worst morning service day in and day out. I travel out of Louisville regularly they never have enough staff can't get anything to you time.
The customer service at this airport restaurant was the worst I've ever experienced in the U.S. There were five employees, none of whom were paying attention to the service counter. I was the third person in line and waited ten minutes, but not a single employee acknowledged us. I eventually decided to leave.
