Wendy's - Louisville

Went through the drive thru today to get my grandmother a wendy . Employee was very friendly and polite even though they were very busy. My G'ma loved the food as I drove her around town.

This location is soo slow and if they remember to give you napkins and sauce they probably forgot one of your food items. The food is consistently good though and the employees are nice. If you don't mind waiting and checking your food before you pull away this is one of the best Wendy's in the area.

Everyone's under staffed so I get the wait. The service was good. However the fries were soggy, my chicken sandwich was really on the cold/ cool side, there was no toy in the kids meals.

Decent enough. Although if you're like me and you mix half sweet half unsweet tea at restaurants, you're probably going to wanna do 1/4 sweet, 3/4 unsweet here. The sweet tea is almost pure sugar.

No sign on the door stating lobby was closed and drive thru only. Stood there staring at the menu board and not an employee said a word until a voice in the back yelled “lobby is closed”. Went thru drive thru and got prompt service but food was just so-so. Manager did not seem engaged with employees. Fast food just is not the same anymore.
