The Cheesecake Factory - Louisville

Our waiter Brady was absolutely fantastic and very attentive. We visited for my birthday, and he made me feel truly special. The food was delicious—I ordered the Thai coconut chicken, and my husband had the Cajun pasta. I also tried the Georgia Peach drink, which was delightful. We finished off the evening with a scrumptious slice of birthday cheesecake.

It's a nice restaurant for dining out. We started with the Dynamite Shrimp for our appetizers. For our main courses, we chose Shepherd's Pie and Chicken Riesling. The appetizer was enjoyable, but I was a bit let down by the Shepherd's Pie. On the other hand, the Chicken Riesling was outstanding. For dessert, we tried the Key Lime Cheesecake and Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake, both of which were exceptional.

Every time we've been the service has been great. Today I ordered the steak Diane, or something along those lines. It was a little more well done than I had asked for but still very flavorful and very filling. The margarita was a little too heavy onthe liquor taste, but not horrible. For two people the price was only $70, which is probably the least we've ever spent here,lol. It looks to be a very fancy place but it won't run a huge hole in your pocket. The servers are very truthful and polite,and my drinks never went empty. One of my favorite places to go for a nice night out

Additionally, we reported spilled water on the floor multiple times, but nobody came to clean it up, so our napkins just kept sliding around on it. I called the restaurant today to get clarification on what had gone wrong, but the manager on duty said they weren’t there during our visit and couldn’t provide any information. When I asked if I could call back to speak with someone who was present, they suggested I could try, but likely wouldn’t find out anything new. Despite the issues, I left an $84 tip on our $241 bill because the server appeared to be working hard and seemed like he would have explained the problems if he had known. I really expected a manager to be able to address the situation better.

The interior was quite dim, which made it difficult for me to see. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, and the prices were outrageous. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. However, our server was exceptional; he went above and beyond, being very polite and patient throughout our visit.
