The service was friendly, and the cooking show was entertaining, featuring classic jokes, bursts of flames, and playful rice-catching antics. The night began with a bit of a wait; they wouldn’t seat our party of ten until everyone had arrived, which had us hanging out in a chilly entryway. To warm up from the cold, I decided to have a drink. Since tequila tends to make me a bit feisty, we agreed it would be better to substitute vodka instead. A wise choice, as it turned out! The drink was fantastic, and thankfully, there were no mishaps. The atmosphere was lively, and while the food was enjoyable, the seating setup made it tough to keep up with conversations. I think I was supposed to be paying attention to the chef, but honestly, I was just having a great time overall. It was a fun experience that I really enjoyed!

This was in the area and the hibachi was a plus! There is plenty of parking for the restaurant and shopping center. The note on the door says credit cards or debit cards must have a chip, not sure why they were strictly enforcing that but it wasn't an issue for us. We arrived around 7:30 and we quoted a 20-minute wait. Once seated our server took our drink orders while we perused the menu. It's a standard hibachi menu with reasonable prices. We ordered the shrimp hibachi, chicken hibachi, and crunch munch sushi roll. Our salads and soup came out quickly. My daughter loved the soup since it was more of a chicken broth-based soup and no miso. The salad was good, and the dressing was standard. Then the sushi came out... It was a huge roll and filled us up before our entrees came. The hibachi chef arrived shortly after and cooked a traditional hibachi meal. The portion size was great, but I didn't love the rice. Just a different way to cook it at this location. My favorite part of the meal is they have a server just walk around with a drink cart refilling all drinks. They also had a big bucket of kids chopsticks ready to go! Overall we had a great time and my daughter wants to go back. Not the best hibachi I've been to but very family-friendly so we'll probably be back!

Kyushu is not just dinner, it is an experience. We were seated quickly after arriving and our waitress quickly took our drink orders. Every one in our party ordered the Teppan Filet Mignon and the steaks were cooked to perfection! Gerald our chef was both entertaining and a culinary wizard. I fell in love with the ginger salad dressing the it was so flavorful. The portions are huge, we have lunch for tomorrow.
