They ran out of so many items and the food area was filthy with extra food that fell off of other orders. In addition the girl adding the other items, after rice/beans,protein, was rude. Eye roles because she had to get a scoop for the guacamole, disgusted look and cutting customers off whenthey are talking is a no go. I suggest you go at lunch only.
Feeling disappointed, I decided to speak with the manager about my experience. The young girl mentioned that she was having a bad day, but the manager told her to be quiet. Despite this, she continued to talk. I couldn’t help but feel that her attitude reflected poorly on the establishment, especially considering my own health struggles; I’m recovering from a heart attack and a stroke. It concerns me when employees expect customers to tolerate poor service due to their personal issues. When you walk into work, whatever is going on in your life should be left outside. Disrespecting customers should not be excused. Because of this experience, I feel compelled to tell others on Facebook to avoid Qdoba on Dixie Highway, as it seems their employees' attitudes are prioritized over customer satisfaction.
I wouldn't even give this place one star. My husband and I just left feeling still hungry because our bowls were barely filled, despite spending $30 on two steak bowls and two large drinks. The steak was dry and chewy. They seemed overwhelmed with online orders, but even so, I asked for extra protein in my bowl. I barely got any queso, and they were out of several ingredients. I love Qboda, but this particular location is a mess. It seemed like two of the employees were new; I overheard a DoorDash driver who had been waiting for their order for 30 minutes say, "Hey, I only got a burrito, and it’s right there!" The employee responded, "I was told to just stand here at the register." I had to ask for my receipt three times before finally just grabbing it from the printer while she walked away.
I have never, and I truly mean never, encountered such a mess at a Qdoba. The floors were filthy, except for the pathway leading to the ordering area, and they were open for dining. As I approached to place my order, there were numerous flies surrounding the menus, and the windows showing the food looked just unsanitary. I couldn't bring myself to order from this restaurant, so I walked right back out.
I ordered online for pick up 12:57 and it was ready before 1:07 which is great but my entire meal is cold. The chicken and rice is not supposed to be cold like this. They also don't give you chips with your bowls anymore and there is no options toorder just chips online so i had to buy chips dip only to want the chips. The chips are stale and chewy too. The texture isweird. Definitely not a good experience.
