Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Louisville

BUYER BEWARE!!! I came through the drive through tonight, 8/29/23, and I was about halfway through my sandwich when I noticed that there was mold on the bottom bun. As this is an extreme health hazard, I feel the need to let the public know. I would ordinarily not post trivial complaints. But this is absolutely unacceptable. Do better, Popeye's.

Right when the spicy chicken sandwich came out I tried it here a couple of times and it was great. I recently gave this location another try and both times I couldn't finish my meal. I bit into the sandwich and the chicken was uncooked in certain spots showing pink and hard chewy pieces in spots. Both times recently I've thrown out my food. Also one of the times they had me pull up to wait for my food. Someone comes out and give me my food and I ask if I can get some sauce. The kid just looks at me like I have 3 eyeballs or something and says uh yeah and starts walking super slow back to the door. I just got out of my car and walked in past him and got it myself. It's one thing if the food was super good at employee just wasnt good. But can't have uncooked chicken and poor service too. Won't be back.

So much meh. Luke warm fries at lunch time. Service was there but ok. No napkins, yeah really got a bathroom roll from the counter. The tenders are just little scrawny strips. The chicken sandwich was the only thing kinda good but don 't let that drive your restaurant choice. It ain 't all that. Yeah, I said it. Biscuit so dry almost just flour. Could have at least had a tv or some decent music to help me forget I could have gone to the chicken-A joint across the street. Was easy to find parking at least. Did you see somebody recommended the pitiful chicken strip below this Google Maps review?

Tall older black woman was angry and just mean. Cut u off ,I payed 24 dollars for two shrimp orders got 1/3 what I usually receive and she got crazy angry. I've ordered this 10 times I know what u get..wouldn't listen then was yelling about it for 10 minutes while we ate...just

Probably the worst Popeyes location I've ever visited, they are not attentive, they ignore your presence, and a average ticket time is 30-45 mins in my experience. Would rather drive across town to a different location that to go here.
