Pizza Hut - Louisville

They work very bad giving out expired stuff, and when I came back they said the whole box was expired. Like seriously giving bad stuff to your customers.

Pizza is the worse society. I tried to get a refund from a pizza that I was accused and never received. I contacted customer support, they said that a member of the management team would contact me in 3 days. that was before a week.

I eat at Pizza Hut at least three times a week because I absolutely love it. I just can't get enough! If they were to shut down all the locations, I don't know what I would do. Let's not even think about that possibility. Thank you to the team for doing such a great job—I really appreciate it!

The opposite experience was quite rude. Their toppings seem to decrease over time, and they have only sporadically added the toppings. Two of the discs could have been just cheese.

The staff were fantastic, and the service was excellent. However, the place charges $0.99 for condiments, which seems like an outrageous price—just another fee to add to the bill. On a positive note, the pizza and breadsticks were quite enjoyable.
