Pizza Hut - Louisville

I made an online order, had a 40 min wait, went to pick it up, they lost my pizza. They told me they would remake it, but it wasn't until I had already waited 37 mins did they tell me I really had an additional 45 min wait. Then, I had to go back into the store to get my money, there was no courtesy offer period just my money only because I asked for it.

Terrible customer service always never answers the phone always with attitude takes forever to get your food

As usual, expecting improvements and still disappointed. I quit going regularly because the food is always horrible. I tried the melts for the first time, same disappointment. Over cooked on the outside, not cooked on the inside, absolutely NO SAUCE on the inside, just like the pizzas have been forever. I can understand cut backs, but this is ridiculous. I shared with a friend and she couldn't eat this travesty either. $15 wasted!!

Food was fresh and hot.. Food was done and ready within the 15 mins they gave on the app
