Pizza Hut - Louisville

I had an issue with the service at this restaurant as I never received any assistance. I tried to order a pizza, but ended up waiting on hold for over 16 minutes without speaking to anyone. The automated service put me on hold with music playing, but the call was eventually disconnected without anyone picking up.

I can't say for certain if the server was friendly because they didn't say much. However, the food was hot and delicious. There is ample parking available. The restaurant is kid-friendly as the menu includes popular items like pizza and cookies.

I made an online order, had a 40 min wait, went to pick it up, they lost my pizza. They told me they would remake it, but it wasn't until I had already waited 37 mins did they tell me I really had an additional 45 min wait. Then, I had to go back into the store to get my money, there was no courtesy offer period just my money only because I asked for it.

Terrible customer service always never answers the phone always with attitude takes forever to get your food
