O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Louisville

My son suggested we check out O’Charley after our flight from Colorado, claiming the food is excellent. Coming from the West, I was unfamiliar with this restaurant, but after dinner, my wife and I were delighted with our experience. The staff was polite and professional, adhering to COVID guidelines, and I was impressed with how well they managed everything given the circumstances. Additionally, the restaurant was well-maintained and consistently clean. I highly recommend visiting O’Charley to enjoy a well-prepared meal.

Thank you, Angi, for the excellent customer service! The food was wonderful and very inviting. I appreciate that when I request a medium-rare steak, it arrives exactly as I ordered. The prices are reasonable, and the restaurant is spacious, offering plenty of room for the whole family.

The food was great!!!! Club sandwich chicken tenders both with frits. Plus had a piece of cheesecake. It was all so good. Tuesdays all your can eat chicken breeders fries for 11.69 The server she was Amazing. Yes, the service was great.

Did you know they have free pie on Wednesday if you dine in? I think they have a wonderful chicken salad!

This is one of a chain of restaurants. This review pertains only to the restaurant at 10641 Fischer Park Drive, 40241. They offer a variety of American food with a suggestion of Southern flare. Pretty good desserts too. Table service, curbside carry-out (no drive- through) and full bar. Kid friendly, relaxed casual atmosphere, usually not too noisy, fully accessible to wheelchairs. Can accommodate groups, call ahead for groups of more than six people strongly recommended. We're regular customers, comments here are based on multiple occasions over a number of years. The food is generally pretty good, service varies from usually satisfactory to occasionally poor. On those infrequent occasions when we have had a bad experience the management offered apologies and adjustments. Even when everything is going well, it's not unusual for a manager to visit our table and ask. At times we have visited late in the evening when the only available seating was in the bar area. It's been my experience that bartenders seldom provide good table service, here or anywhere else. Nevertheless, we remain regular customers who continue to return. Compared to similar establishments, this place is pretty good overall. Adequate free parking, credit and debit cards accepted.
