O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Louisville

My family and I tried to dive in. But no place was taken. The manager Angela was the host and never greeted us and gave us any updates about everything. We waited an hour and didn't sit yet. We ended up writing this review.

I love O Charleys they have the best chicken Alfredo I ever tasted. Besides, the staff is very nicely polite. I recommend my family friends to go there and eat.

My mom wanted to go there for her birthday. I mentioned the waitress that we don't have a hurry, because only 8 people were in the seat. She came several times and asked what we want, we are ready....all, while her hand was on her hip and she knocked her foot....length story short.....ordered medium steak and cane to the table rare. It took it back and it's done well. She talked to the manager she was useless. She left money for drinks and my mom's food and we left. I'll never go back... every one of them.

We went from Father's Day. There was a wait for a table, but it was worth it. Our server was great, a manager checked with us to make sure everything was good. There were four of us, and we all ordered the Louisiana Sirloin. Everyone's steak was cooked for perfection.

Waited forever for our food. The place wasn?t busy at all. Waited for about 40 minutes for rolls and our waitress told us they weren?t allowed to give out rolls anymore unless they were specifically asked for. The mashed potatoes were discolored from sitting out all day. The macaroni was dried out and I got sick because I?m assuming all the sides sit out all day with how they served them to me. The manager sat in a booth for the hour I was there and watched a group of customers stand near the door and neglected to greet or seat them. This place has seen better days. The drop ceiling tiles are yellow from water damage, the tables were damaged and the booths had cuts in a lot of them. If this is the best they have to offer maybe they shouldn?t be open to the public.
