Good service at the bar. Table service slow and forgotten ordered items. Food was okay

Went for a girls lunch before our appointments at Mokara. Food and cocktails were good but the service was painfully slow for a nearly empty restaurant. The price point for lunch was kind of high for the area as well. I don't mind splurging, but plus tip for cocktails and a sandwich is a little high for lunch? Also a few items on the menu were out. Next time I'll grab a quick snack in the food hall before a spa appointment

We had Valentine's day reservations. We were treated great and the food was spectacular. I recommend the smoked salmon and London broil

Not knowing what to expect, we made reservations for brunch. Very few tables were occupied, but we waited for several minutes with no one around to assist. Once seated, the host got us coffee, but after around five minutes a waiter came around and questioned us as to where we came from and how we got coffee. Everything was just downhill. We had to ask for everything. Cream, then spoons, water, on and on. The waiter was not knowledgeable and very disconnected. Will not be returning especially since there are so many great places to choose from in Louisville
