Mile High Pho - Louisville

Great place to eat good food and nice staff, the food came super fast!

I absolutely love that my friend and I always receive a warm welcome when we visit this restaurant. For appetizers, we tried the spring rolls with a delicious peanut sauce. My friend ordered the rare steak pho, and he mentioned that the soup had an incredibly rich aroma, while the meat was tender and the vegetables were fresh. I opted for the drunken noodles, which were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating until I had taken the last bite. It was a wonderful experience, and it’s a beautiful place to enjoy time with friends and family!

The beef broth was extremely bland. The dish, which was supposed to be a great combination, had so few noodles and bits of meat that I ended up having to eat a granola bar to avoid feeling hungry. This was after ordering the kid-sized egg rolls! I really don’t understand how three small egg rolls, a couple of noodles, and a few pieces of meat cost $24. I can’t wait to return to a proper pho restaurant back home.

This place serves amazing teas! I tried a drink they recommended that wasn't on the menu yet. By the way, it's called peach tea. I have a feeling it might be one of their secret menu items!

We came heres recently and ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Vegetable Egg Rolls, Vegan Pho, and the Grilled Shrimp Bowl, get one bowl of Pho per person, for proper servings. Our pho came room temp though, while others were hot. Portions are perfect and food was good, and employees were nice, good athmosphere, I think I spelled that wrong. It is family owned btw, Everything was good, try it out!
