Mi Sueno - Louisville

The food was okay, but don't expect friendly customer service. When we arrived, the server coughed in her hand before serving us and had a bad attitude throughout our entire meal. The restaurant was empty, but the tables hadn't been cleaned in hours. Overall, I found it to be average, not overly impressive.

I've been on deception by chance. the tamales floated in water in a hot pan (first and only red flag I needed) when I got the tamäer, collected water at the bottom of the box. They were wet! Once I opened them, they were extremely soggy, the fool shouldn't be as bad as old müsli. I had homemade tamale and that were not the equivalents. can I give this restaurant another chance? probably not. I had homemade Cuban food and that didn't measure at all.

The portion sizes were generous, we definitely didn't leave hungry. There were many options to choose from, and everything was delicious. We tried the congri, white rice, brisket, pineapple dessert, and sweet plantains. We will definitely be coming back again!

The restaurant was quite expensive for the portion sizes I was served. I requested fried plantains or maduros but was informed that they were not available. I was not offered a replacement, although I later saw them being served to other customers. The Cuban food was just average, and as someone familiar with Cuban cuisine, I expected more.

I normally don't like foreign food outside of my comfort zone, but the food here was pretty good. I don't like onions or lettuce or anything but the small amount of onions that were on the food for this was amazing. The interior wasn't too bad, but still decent to look at while eating. Didn't have the TV on but it didn't matter when you're smashing good food.
