Mcdonald's - Louisville

About this place: it's terrible. The service is consistently bad. Dan always gets my order wrong, and the staff generally have unfriendly attitudes. Whenever I try to ask for an adjustment, it feels like I'm being ignored. I frequently get the wrong meal, and the manager seems to be oblivious to the issues, even though they appear strict. I certainly cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Secondly, the woman who eventually took my order seemed more interested in watching some school kids come in than in actually getting my order right. As a result, my order ended up all mixed up, and she didn't seem to care at all. Instead, her focus was on making an issue with the kids who just wanted to eat and do their homework. She even laughed and made a big deal out of "showing them what's what." It was just wrong on so many levels!

Terrible service. I visit this location frequently, but each time, I'm subjected to harassment from the teenager at the drive-thru window. Tonight, as I went through the drive-thru, he kept repeating the same thing (which I ignored), and then he leaned halfway out of the window, shouting as I drove away. I've reported this to the manager twice now, but nothing has changed. It's hard to believe they allow someone so disrespectful to interact with customers. I won’t be coming back again.

They will most likely leave something off of your order. Just check it before you go. They will make it right if its wrong.

After we got our food, like normal people we checked our order at the window to make sure everything was right—The lady at the window I believe she was a manager. She was like can I help you with something? and we told her we’re just checking our order and she was like well can you pull up to the front and closed her window— she had an attitude about it and was not friendly at all.
