Louisville Sushi Truck

This is the only restaurant where I eat sushi. The food is amazing, and the staff is incredible!

Best sushi in Louisville! I wasn't sure about ordering from a food truck but now I get sushi from here every week!

I tried the Derby Roll at Buy Local Louisville and was thoroughly impressed! The service was fast and kind, and the avocado was not browning at all. Plus, there were a ton of chopsticks, ginger, soy, and wasabi. I will definitely go back.

I was a bit hesitant about trying sushi from a food truck, but I'm so glad I took the plunge because I absolutely loved it. The Tuna Lover roll was one of the best I've ever had! I will definitely be returning for more.
