Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe had a family birthday dinner here and the food was good except a few steaks were not cooked as was ordered. When the steaks were brought back they were over-cooked. The strawberry lemonade and the broccoli was fantastic! I had at least 6 glasses it. The asparagus was good with one meal but not so good with another. Overall, I have to say it was ok and our server Jesse was very nice and courteous.
Bad visit! Called ahead and then watched numerous people come in and be seated. Waited 25 minutes (1 hour and 20 minutes after I called) hostess told I had to wait at the end of the line behind every one else that was in line! What is the advantage of calling ahead? Ordered a drink and was told they could not make it because their blender was broken, asked for another and was told they did not have the ingredients. My husband was served his Salad, after 5 minutes wait i asked another waiter for mine. My dinner was served and it was my steak and chicken! I had to get another waiter to correct it and get the correct order. Then was charged an extra $30 on the bill! This was supposed to be a nice dinner for my 40th wedding anniversary! Thanks, oh yeah the food was good.
I was there 3 days ago, this Monday. My waitress made my margarita and that sucked. I do not like when a waiter or waitress makes alcoholic beverages because they never taste right. There was hair in my food so I sent it back and the manager on duty that night was a pretty nice gentleman about it. I asked for a medium well steak for my 8 year old son and he received a rare steak. Sent that back and got another one then my son's new steak had hair on it. Sent that back and got a 3rd steak that was rare AGAIN!!!! Over it at that point. My daughters Mac and cheese was old/burnt Sent that back and got a new one. After all of that would you believe I was still charged full price for EVERYTHING??!! Not even a card to say here's a free dessert or something if you return and although the waitress didn't deserve it (not due to the food issues because she's not a cook) however, she didn't provide us not 1 refill, we waited over 10 minutes to even see her once seated and the place was not at all busy then she kept going to serve the bar patrons. I still tipped her $30 which in turn totaled up to over $100 for all my troubles! Thanks Longhorn!!! Had the manager Sabrena been there I think things would have been different.
The food was very delicious and cooked perfectly. The server was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try you won't be disappointed!
Me and my daughter had such an enjoyable experience today. Our waitress Casey was extremely nice and very timely with our order. She just went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
