Long John Silver's - Louisville

What a cool Long John Silvers. The design is modern, fresh, and unique (the long/lat coordinates of the restaurant are painted inside and outside the building). This isn’t your father’s Long John Silvers. The new grilled salmon and shrimp menu items are a much needed welcome for those of us looking for healthy alternatives. I would like to see an expanded menu of healthy items such as salads and wraps. The food was great; however, the staff needs additional training and seemed overwhelmed with amount of customers.

Super clean, wonderful service, observed all the new regulations. And Mr Matt makes the best sweet tea ever!! I told him I was gonna start the Mr. Matt ice tea club. The food was fresh and all the employees was wearing mask and sanitizing on the spot. Always a wonderful place to have a meal.

The person at the drive-thru window was super nice and sounded like he enjoyed his job! He even confirmed my order to make sure it was correct which should be the norm no matter where you go to order food especially the drive-through! Service with a smile the food was awesome! Close to restaurant style food doesn't even feel like fast food the food was awesome! Totally recommend!

I want to see an extended menu of healthy products such as salads and packs. The food was great; However, the staff needed additional training and seemed overwhelmed with the amount of customers.
