Mole Enchiladas were very good. Selected 1 beef, 1 chicken and 1 cheese. Came with white rice, fried plantains and black beans. (I asked for refried but received the wrong ones. enchiladas were tasty and very filling. Rice and beans fine but not remarkable. Didn’t care for the deep fried plantains. Overall good. Restaurant could use a little elbow grease In the cleaning department. However service was very good and attentive. Would go back

On our visit to the Derby city we stopped at this place for dinner we had a great experience the food was really good very nice presentation on our meals our server did a pretty good job and very friendly great for family and big groups good service great food and alotta space inside well recommend. Went on valentine's day. It was decorated so beautifully. I had the salmon and it was very good! Servings were plentiful. Couldn't finish my whole plate.

My son loves La Cocina de Mama because they have “the best queso in the entire world!” Mama’s fast, quick, and has great customer service. Food presentation is good, not slopped on plate. Margaritas are some of the best in Louisville!!

Had the California steak burrito with a delicious homemade habenero hot sauce that was amazing. The mole enchiladas were also delicious. Service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
