Kfc - Louisville

The food was hot and fresh, but the service was disappointing. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes, and then it took another 15 minutes to receive my order. I will definitely choose a different KFC next time. Your establishment needs to reassess its staff and make some changes right away.

I am very disappointed with the service I received recently. I ordered a Kentucky Fried Chicken meal, specifically the original number six, only to find that they served me reheated chicken from the previous day. I had gone there expecting fresh chicken, not something old and tough. The meat was chewy and had a bitter taste. I truly hope the management addresses this issue to improve their service and ensure that no other customer has to endure such a poor experience. It's unacceptable to serve food that isn’t fresh, as it can make customers sick. Providing fresh chicken made the same day is essential, and serving day-old food is misleading and reflects poorly on their business principles.

I order from this place and they got my whole order wrong! Then my famous bowl look like it been sitting all day and had some red liquid overflowing it! Then when I try to call all I got was a busy signal! Like they have the phone off the hook!! Therewas supposed to be a 2pc thigh and wing, and a 3pc tender!! I don't know who is allowing these people to run they store but it'sgetting real ridiculous out here for these restaurants. Spent 25 for what a mess or to be sick in the morning not I said thecat!! HORRIBLE!!

The drive thru line was pretty long so I almost didn't stay but my kids insisted. 14 cars in front of me and it only took about 25 minutes until I was pulling out. GREAT SERVICE. The guy at the window was so nice, he even made small talk!!????

The service here is excellent—friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. However, the pace is a bit slower than that check you've been eagerly waiting for from your new cousin, the Prince of Nigeria. Other than that, it's a lovely environment!
