Kfc - Louisville

The restaurant closed at 8 the day before Thanksgiving and did not have any food to serve customers within half an hour of closing. It seems like they do not prioritize cooking fresh food to order. This is not a good way to operate a fast food business. It is no surprise that the reviews are all negative. They should consider making some changes or they may be forced to shut down soon.

I always hope that the food at this KFC will be decent, but unfortunately it never is. You would think they would have butter spread, but they haven't had any for over 5 years. I still ask for it every time, just in case, but it's always a disappointment.

This restaurant is not recommended. They completely messed up my order, giving me the wrong food and drinks despite my specific request for a Dr Pepper. They did not correct the mistake and also botched our meals - one was missing pieces and the other was a mix of different items. They were unable to provide a receipt and the employees were rude and difficult to understand. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not dine here again.

Best KFC ever ,we live in hillview and will not go to that location because of how nasty it is along with the employees....at least by going here I know my food will be hot and fresh and the staff is short but they are friendly

Takes 30 mins to make an order. Very loud talk unprofessional and more worried about 4pm shift then getting orders done, was told 6 mins for wings and then 6 more mins for wings and still not done.
