Joe's Crab Shack - Louisville

We celebrated my birthday at Joe's yesterday and could not have been happier. The food was great but more importantly the service was the best. You can get great food many places but the service is what will bring us back. Thank you for making a special day even better!

My husband and I Mad woke first trip ever on a Friday night. We were seated immediately, our waiter was amazing. He took the time to recommend and explain everything on the menu. Since I don't eat seafood I ordered the hamburger and it was amazing and my husband loved his steampot. Loved The atmosphere and the view. My only complaint would be the closes one is a 2 hrs away. Made the trip just to eat there and will definitely do it again.

We chose Joe's for our graduation party, and if I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. The hostess, manager, and servers were fantastic. I can't express enough how wonderful the staff and food were. They made my son's college and daughter's high school graduation celebration truly perfect and unforgettable. I've always enjoyed Joe's Crab Shack, but now they have gained a lifelong customer. Several families who attended had never been to the restaurant before, and they were so impressed that they said they would definitely return. Keep up the amazing work! I'm a very happy customer!

Atmosphere was great! The service was outstanding! We loved the food! I will definitely recommend Joe's to my friends and we will be back soon!

Very good service, took us maybe 20 minutes to get our food. Food was also hot when it arrived and served with a smile, I recommend this if anyone is in Louisville, the only bad thing is the location!
