Jake And Elwood's - Louisville

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars because it truly reminded us of Chicago when we had their deep dish pizza! We ordered the Deep Court Wrigleyville (named after the neighborhood where I used to live in Chicago) and the bruschetta. I loved the decor and the overall Chicago vibe of this place.

I really liked the Italian beef sandwich and the fantastic poutine at this restaurant. I have been here several times and the Chicago-style pizza is also really delicious.

This restaurant is a great place to enjoy delicious food! The deep dish pizza was authentically Chicago style and absolutely delicious. The Chicago dogs were also excellent, loaded with veggies. It was a treat to find real poutine in the city, accompanied by a selection of classic beers. It had been a while since we had a Hamm's or Genesee Cream Ale, and they did not disappoint! Hollis and the staff were very attentive, and the atmosphere had a nice touch of Chicago. Although there was a lovely outdoor terrace, it was too hot outside so we opted to dine inside where it was cooler. The only drawback was that the Cubs game was playing, but the only game on TV in the dining room was the Reds.

That was one of the best places I've been for a long time. I wish I had found this jewel earlier. I had only the Chicago style deep court called the disaster. the money. it was the best I ever had. it was layers of toppings sauce cheese and love! if that was all, it would be enough, but I must sarah and heather give a scream. two beautiful and very nice women who helped us with any necessaryness we had. everyone was kind and helpful, but I miss sarah already lol. make them please one and try them all from jake and elwoods I don't think they will be disappointed.

I recently moved to Louisville from Chicago, and this is a piece of home. The owner is so friendly and the food is delicious. It's just like being in a neighborhood bar back in Chicago. Every time I go I have to get the deep dish, Italian beef, and hot dogs I can never just choose one, they are all so good! I wish I could go weekly but would not be good for my waistline But I will definitely be frequenting during football season! ?!
