Their advice was incredibly helpful, and we truly appreciated it. We've heard from nearly all our guests about how amazing the food was and how well organized the catering was. They truly dot every i and cross every t for their service. We selected a diverse menu with five food stations, including gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, chicken étouffée, a low-country boil, and a vegetarian/gluten-free option. We even had an action station featuring banana foster, bread pudding, and king cake. Our wedding cake was a delicious three-layer creation—carrot, lemon, and strawberry—that left everyone satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend Heitzman Bakery for any event, whether basic or customized. We are definitely coming back for more!

I hired Heitzman for my wedding cake and catering, and the experience was fantastic! The food was amazing and delicious! The wedding cake was not only beautiful but also incredibly moist. We took our kids to Heitzman today for some donuts and ended up trying a wide variety, including crullers, sweet bread, Danish pastries, and pretzels. Everything was delicious! The staff was incredibly patient with our large family, accommodating our requests with ease. The prices were very reasonable for what we received. While I haven't tried the sandwiches yet, they looked fantastic, and my wife and I are already planning to return for lunch. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area if you prefer to eat there. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
