Great Wall - Louisville

I've been going here since Dec 2015 and absolutely love it. My adult daughters and grandchildren love it as well. The guy who typically runs the register is very friendly. Favorite orders are Beef Mei Fun, Hunan Beef, any of the Lo Mein, Kung Po Chicken, the Fried Dumplings, egg rolls, crab rangoon... I could go on and on.

Have been going there for 25 years. Never a smile, never a thank you or hello from the owner. There have often been little things wrong with the orders. But this time there was no rice. So I called and asked for a refund. A simple request for a long time customer. Never complained before about anything. The answer was no. I could of course drive all the way back to get the rice. Everyone makes mistakes, but this one time I decided to say something and the answer was no.

Ordered food for pick up, did not get our crab rangoon we ordered, my wife had great food and got what they wanted. I wound up with boiled chicken, cabbage, and rice when I ordered Chow mein. That went straight into the garbage.

My wife and I had the orange and the sesame chicken combo dinners, both were excellent and the order was ready within 15 mins! If you want good, quick and budget friendly take out this is a great option!

Employee super courteous and cordial. Went out of his way to make my experience pleasant. Food was hot and fresh. Crab Rangoon folded in a triangle which I prefer. Will be trying again.
