Great American Cookies - Louisville

Visited today to get some cookies the worker there seemed overwhelmed definitely should have more then 1 worker in there she was getting so many people at once and trying to make cookies at the same time

Ordered online. Cookie cake was ready before pickup time. Staff was friendly and the cake was adorable.

The website says they close at 9, Google says they close at 9. I get there at 8:45 to get a few cookies and everything is already put away. The girl behind the counter just looks at me and says “we’re closed.” I was surprised and said that it stated online that they were open til 9. She huffed and said “I gotta catch the bus.” I get having to have transportation home, but why is the management here hiring folks and then scheduling folks that don’t have the ability to even stay til close?? I drove 15 min to get here for nothing.

I placed an order for a cookie cake online last night and picked it up today. It was ready on time and the girl at the store was super nice. The cake looks exactly like what I asked for and it taste delicious. I would highly recommend getting a cookie cake from here!! A

The gentleman took my order over the phone and was nice an courteous. When i picked up my order the next day, it was done on time exactly as ordered and Candis was also polite and courteous. Cookie was great by the way and tasted fresh.
