Graeter's Ice Cream - Louisville

The ice is just as good as all other Graeter’s. At 22:00, however, an employee came to the seating area and screamed to all that we had to leave because they were closed. The branch was full of cartridges and had to go and try to find a place to eat their ice cream. Simply lock the doors and allow customers to finish their ice cream while cleaning the business would have a much more friendly way to handle the situation. When everyone doesn't jump and went out immediately, another employee gave another announcement. Very rude.

Great location on Bardstown Rd to get ice cream while walking or hanging out. Lots of different types and flavors to choose. You can get whatever you want. But when you order don't ask for a cone of phosphorus injected Pokemon swamp candy with real gorilla toenails. They will look at you weird. And no one needs that. Especially my pet gorilla Marshmallow who was hatched without toenails. Don't worry Mr Mallow, will find you toenails! I don't care if we have to go to every sweet shop in town!Anyways, Nick Sea gives 5 Butterfingers up!

This is easily my favorite ice cream place of all time. The birthday cake ice cream is so amazing with tremendous flavor; I’ve never had anything like it. The place is always booming, and I can certainly see why. The store is laid out nicely and there is a lot to choose from on the menu. They also sell to-go pints and other merchandise. I can’t wait to come back!

We are huge fans of Graeter's. We love some of their seasonal pints like Peach, Strawberry, etc. with real fruit in the ice cream. Beyond that their core flavors are great and this is high quality ice cream not ice cream air that you might find elsewhere. The downside is lines can be long and at this location, the outdoor space is limited.

I visited your place. No personality of the guy behind the counter. He had to ask him to change his gloves after picking up the wet floor shield on the floor.
