Fuji Japanese Steakhouse - Louisville

Loved this place and although it wasn't everywhere near the ozean, fish was fresh. service at an empty place is great. I don't know why it's not packed.

Julio/Michael was our chef and I couldn’t recommend him more! He’s a silly guy, and we enjoyed his jokes. The food was yum-yum!

This is a great place to eat! I've visited each time I'm in town and their food is super tasty, I love it! They've got the grills with the show if you're into that, but I have mostly stuck with the menu which has been amazing in my experience. Thank you!
