El Torazo Mexican - Louisville

This is the first time I've been disappointed with the service at a restaurant. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue or if they were understaffed, like many restaurants in Louisville seem to be, but they only had about 10 other customers. Despite that, I’m still giving them a 4-star rating because their food is much better than El Nopal or Filipes. I recently ate at Filipes, and my refried beans were more like gravy! On a positive note, the fajita quesadilla was served in perfect slices. As for parking, there’s plenty available if you arrive after 4 PM. Overall, I dined in and had a decent experience.

The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere and people were equally wonderful. For our dining experience, we opted for takeout for dinner, and the price per person was quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Chips and Salsa, Burrito, Guacamole, and Tamales!
