Dunkin' - Louisville

The woman who handled my payment used the same gloves to prepare my food afterward. When I asked her if those were the same gloves, she confirmed they were. I told her that she needed to change them and get fresh food. She did comply, but she had a bit of an attitude about it.

Every donut I ordered was tough and tasted as if it had been sitting out for days. I cannot recommend this place.

Every time I've visited this place, they never have the type of doughnuts I'm looking for. Additionally, I find their prices to be high. It's better to go to Speedway for your Dunkin' doughnuts, where you can get them at a better price and usually find a wider selection.

Service at 10am: ordered 4 donuts. 1 powdered, 2 strawberry frosting w/ sprinkles and 1 glazed. Out of powdered donuts. Ordered old fashioned. Now they're out of strawberry. Ultimately just left. So frustrating drove 8 min off the interstate to come here.Won't do that again.

I bougth donuts and one of the donuts was bite and i bougth a capuchino to and it was regular coffe and i go to the place to to return the pruduct and they did't give me all the money .
