Domino's Pizza - Louisville

Great service and the Philly steak was fantastic !!!

I'm so glad the store has been taken over by New Management I got the best made Domino's Pizza I've ever had with the fastest service time ever last night!!! Huge difference from the previous way the store was ran it was pretty sad.

I ordered from the online website. My order was extremely overpriced. I paid $30.00 dollars for a small specialty pizza a garden salad. The website added no rewards points. The free “emergency pizza” offer was not honored with my purchase. I also had to put the pizza in the oven before I ate it because it was half cooked. When I contacted the store on Wednesday, 10/25/2023 4:24pm, the manager was unprofessional and extremely rude. She offered no resolution to the issue. She refused to give me corporate contact information and her name. I will never order from Dominos again and I AM DEFINITELY POSTING THIS EXPERIENCE ON “YELP,” “GOOGLE,” “FACEBOOK.” They are horrible and have been for several years. This location is the worst.
