Buffalo Wild Wings - Louisville

The place shows that it is old or lacking of upkeep. the front entrance doors fall off from their sharning. from the front waiting zone was not occupied. several tables were empty, but some were not cleared. the person who greeted me took my name, but nothing appeared with it. she then went over to one and enjoyed a drink and a snack. it seemed nothing to do to get my order. Once I got mine, I went away and when I came home, my order was wrong. “I know that I am wondering about myself.” They missed my fries with my 20 boneless bundles. I also asked about celery and no one was included. I am 25 minutes away, so that I am therefore venting on this evaluation.

Wings aren't my favorite, but I met a friend here. While they still don't top my list, I would definitely return when Carmen is on shift. She ensured that my food was perfect and made sure we never had to wait too long for anything we needed. Her smile was a delight! She's really exceptional at her job, and I'm so glad we ended up dining at her restaurant. Thank you so much, Carmen—it was a wonderful experience!

Very little staff they did all they could do. So you ask for more info, here it is. Our first contact was Hayley, she says she was not my waitress. She came back shortly and took our order. So far so good. We noticed six tables were waiting on food. Three people checking on tables. Out appetizers came and were good. Then forty minutes later we ask about our food, another waitress goes to check. She says they were waiting on chicken tenders, we ask her to bring what she had so it would not get cold, they did. Finally chicken tenders came out but was not what we ordered. Five minutes later we get right order everyone else had already eaten and ready to leave. They box up our tender and didn't charge us for it. Our bill was right at 100.00 I left a 20.00 tip. The girls on the floor did all they could do. I just moved very close to the store and was excited to take my family there, but not for long. We deserve our money back but not before you add more help. I want to eat there about once a week but I won't spend my money for another night like the first night.

Every time we order takeout, we consistently receive cold or old fries, even when I wait right at the front with no one else around. There's almost always something missing from our order, and the customer service is just okay. This place used to be our go-to spot after school or before a football game, and back then, the food and service were genuinely good! Unfortunately, it seems like the standards and management have completely vanished. As another reviewer mentioned, I'm not looking for freebies; it's just disappointing to witness a business I've grown up with decline like this.

First I want to say our server Carmen was amazing! She was the ONLY person serving and was running all over the place and held her composure the entire time. She was pleasant every time she approached us. The food was not good. The 6 boneless wings were cold but onion rings were hot. The wings were barely edible and it’s a wing place, so this is not good! Clearly this place is understaffed.
