"This Cuban Bodega is fantastic! The desserts and food are delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and welcoming, treating everyone like family. I hope to have the opportunity to come back and purchase some meat from the butcher, as it looked like top-quality. Make sure to also pick up a drink or snack while you're there!"

Half Grocery, half cafeteria style dining area with hot meals for eat in or to go brush up on your Spanish because the food is not marked, and English is spoken pretty sparingly. I got a yellow rice that had chicken and vegetables mixed in, and ropa veija (even, I, quintessential white girl, knows a good ropa when I see it). The food is incredibly delicious, generous and filling. Hot tip though, if you want to buy anything from the grocery side, you have to pay for it separately on the grocery side, you cannot pay for grocery things on the cafeteria side. Thrilled this place is here!

Everything is amazing from the customer service to the food! My favorite are the plantains!

Worst Cuban sandwich ever pork had no flavor, no pickles, not even real Cuban bread. Bought Cuban bread there it’s not real Cuban bread too light and airy poked my thumb through it getting out of the bag. Real Cuban bread is much more dense and chewy. I’m from Florida I know the real thing. Save your from money go to Havana Bakery and Cafe they are legit! Plus they are super friendly!

First and foremost, I will definitely be returning to try more items from their bakery selection! This establishment is a grocery store and restaurant combo. I visited on a Friday evening, shortly before closing time. Due to the late hour, the food options were limited as most of the items were running low and not many were available. Despite the lack of choices, I opted for the cubano sandwich, tres leches cake, and a drink. The sandwich was quite large, so I only ate half and saved the other half for my husband. I wasn't a huge fan of the ham used in the sandwich, but my husband enjoyed it. The bread, however, was delicious with a crispy texture that I loved. The sandwich itself was just decent. As for the tres leches cake, I particularly enjoyed the pink icing. The cake was good, but I thought it could have been a bit more moist. It was a two-tier cake, which may explain the dryness. I purchased the small size for about $7, and it easily served four decent-sized portions. Overall, I found this to be a charming local spot and I look forward to returning for their bread and other desserts.
