Bob's Steak Chop House Omni Louisville

We had a great waitress named Antoinette. We came to Bobs to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was a very romantic tone that was set. It was perfect. He got a free desert for his birthday and they took very good care of us. I spoke with the General Manager and she was amazing as well. We will definatly return back for future visits. Thank you all so much!!!

All I can say Is awesome!!!! We had a large group (20+ and they handled us with ease and professionalism. 2 servers took care of everything perfectly correct the 1st time and in a timely manner. Excellent service and food. A+

I took my husband out to celebrate his birthday and had heard amazing this about Bob’s steak and chop house. At first everything seemed great. However whenever my water glass was refilled, I noticed a long black hair in my drink. I quickly informed my husband. We didn’t want to cause a scene because other families and parties were near us. So my husband typed a message on his phone to show our server. Once the server was notified, he removed the glass from our table and gave me a new one. Unfortunately it ruined my husbands appetite at that point. He was unable to even eat the steak that had just been placed in front of us. The server offered to give us off the bill but I still ended up paying nearly for this terrible experience. This is supposed to be a classy restaurant and I have never been more disappointed in service in my life. When you go to a place like Bob’s, you’re supposed to be paying for great food and great service and unfortunately we received neither and still paid a fortune

The food was WONDERFUL! We did not wait long for our entree, they have a great wine selection, and just overall great menu selections. Matt was hands down the best server we’ve had. We will definitely be back

Always a relaxing, fun meal experience at Bob's. The NY Strip was a bit tough this time, but still quite flavorful. I'm hoping this was a one time issue
