Additionally, I found a few hairs in my food—one underneath my biscuit and another in the cream cheese dip for the doughnuts. The servers were extremely slow in clearing off tables; we were initially directed to sit in a nook near the entrance that was cluttered with dirty dishes and trash. Only after an actual table opened up were we able to move, but even then, the trash and dirty dishes remained for another 20 minutes. That being said, despite the food not being hot, it was delicious. The belly burst was excellent, and the mushroom gravy was phenomenal, complemented by crispy bacon, tangy sausage, and a lovely biscuit. However, I found the prices to be quite high for what you get on the menu.

The biscuit belly is in a quiet part of town. They have ample seating inside only. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My husband ordered the Rockwell supreme. It looked delicious and the presentation was appealing. It?s a sandwich served on a flaky buttermilk biscuit. The sandwich consisted of bacon, egg, cheese and fried chicken with a gravy. My husband was all smiles as he ate his sandwich. He also ordered a chocolate mocha which was beautifully presented. Are you on the other hand very limited to what I could order because of my food allergies. I am gluten intolerant and allergic to any type of pepper. So I ordered eggs and a fruit parfait.

Haley was very friendly and helpful at the front counter. There was a wide selection of biscuit sandwiches, ranging from classic to gourmet options. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered the Brisket Biscuit and Mama's Boy, along with a side of Hot Brown Gravy. The Bloody Mary was dark and spicy! The local atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Overall, the food was fantastic!

The food was excellent. Although it was busy, the staff was incredibly focused on customer service, going above and beyond to meet everyone's needs. This was our first visit, but we hope it won't be our last. It was definitely worth the price and a must-visit when in Louisville, KY!

Ordered the iced coffee with oat milk and sugar free vanilla syrup (excellent options and superb taste- thank you for the nontraditional options on the coffee! , loaded tots, the gravy train (SAY YES TO THE CHOCOLATE GRAVY , and two breakfast sandwiches. The G.O.A.T. sandwich had sweet pepper jelly and goat cheese, it was to die for! Definitely will be back! Loved the vibe and the workers were helpful and friendly. Go early to avoid the crowd!
