Very disappointing experience. I placed my order to be ready at 5:45pm. However, I got there 15 minutes early (didn't mind waiting) but my sandwich was already sitting on the to-go rack. I didn't think anything of it and grabbed the bag. Upon getting home, I realized the sandwiches were ice cold, the lettuce was brown and wilted, and the bread was so soggy it fell into pieces when I tried to pick it up. 3rd time ordering from this firehouse and they never give me my Mac n cheese make sure you check your order before you leave.

Every time I order a salad I never get what I asked for. I am paying $14 for a salad with no meat. I am only paying for lettuce. They are stingy with the meat. I will not be going back. Then they argue with me when I tell them they didn't give me what I asked for.
