Chili's Grill - Louisiana

The services was horrible. We stopped the manager to see if she could get a glass of tea refilled for us. She advised we wait on our waiter which we had been doing for 15 minutes. We ordered drinks and watched them sit on the bar and melt. At least the food was decent.

I've been eating at chili's after Benningans closed because their original chicken crisper were always fluffy and tender. The last 5 times I've gone to chili's and ordered the original chicken crisper they have been a big disappointment. They are flat and tuff. I know most kids couldn't chew them. After hurricane Ida I went to Dothan Alabama to stay with family and I ate 7 times at chili's and each time the children crisper were fluffy and tender and Hot and fresh. The food is usually pretty good but, tonight it was not very good. My fries came out way overcooked and dripping with grease. It was like the took some fries that were cold and re-dropped in the grease. They did make me a new batch and brought them out and they were better.

Regan in Togo was awesome! Everything was correct and she was very friendly and personable!

Very disappointed, restaurant has gone down. The experience and food was not great. The lady at the door was beyond rude. The restrooms were untidy.
