Despite providing proof from my bank, they still did not reimburse me. After finally receiving an email from Tim Horton, they asked for the invoice number and order number. This incident occurred on December 27th and my bank informed me on the 30th. It's frustrating that they are now not responding to my inquiries.
One of the worst restaurants in Quebec. The service was painfully slow, with one employee barely making an effort to serve while three others were busy chatting and laughing nearby.
The French vanilla is delicious, but the coffee always tastes burnt. The sandwiches are the worst. If you wouldn't eat them yourself, don't serve them. It doesn't seem to be that complicated.
