Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered the Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal and the chicken was fantastic, but unfortunately my fries were cold. I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

Extremely accommodating for last-minute sauce or drink requests. You will not be disappointed!

I love dining at this restaurant - their fries are absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned.

Store really didnt have my order ready. Toast was hard. Not like Zaxby Toast

I have been to this restaurant a few times and they always seem to be slow. This time, when I walked in, the staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. They mentioned that they had not taken a break all day and there was tension between the workers and the manager. While waiting for my order, I observed one person cooking and another on their phone, with the manager seemingly preoccupied with something else. Unfortunately, my order was not complete when I received it, with some items missing. I only realized this when I got home and discovered the wrong sauce on my wings. My overall experience at this Zaxby's was disappointing, and I would recommend avoiding it.
