This McDonald's in Louisburg has new management the service has gone downhill. The cashier was texting on the phone the fries were soggy and the nuggets were not done.

The morning crew needs more training and a better manager. They can’t tell the difference between hot chocolate and coffee. They gave my daughter coffee instead of hot chocolate. So I go back to get it correct and they gave her hot water n milk without the chocolate smh. This is almost an every time thing with them. I could understand if they’re busy but they wasn’t no excuse.

Worst location! It seems like the workers just don’t care and seriously don’t know how to make fries. Every single time our fries almost never have salt, cold, soggy or super hard. If you order the chicken nuggets they don’t cook them long enough so the middle breading is always soggy. If you want good McDonald’s definitely don’t waste your time choosing this location.

Just my opinion need to stick with what made them instead of trying to be like a coffee shop but I guess it's fine for the most part.
