Extremely slow and the food tasted awful. Will never go back

Waited a long time for my food, and the burgers were ice cold. This is ridiculous for having paid nearly $30 for 2 burgers and fries. I didn't even order drinks...

If you get a meal youll probably wait 5 min to order then 35 min for food. Hire some more employees and pay them better. Or weed out the bad ones.

I come to this place often. I've talked with management numerous times about the employees actions and the way they treat people. Nothing happens. Same problem...
