Keilberg Resort - Loucna pod Klinovcem

I went out for dinner tonight and was really disappointed. The menu we saw online was not what we received - we got an awful soup and our main dish was served as a dessert, plus a pancake from the microwave. What a disgrace. The restaurant itself looks nice and new, but the kitchen seems outdated, like something from the early 80s. I definitely won't be returning.

Very nice head, clean hotel, beautiful wellness, mistress reception and useful for trips around and excellent cuisine. prices more than acceptable. I want to visit.

This restaurant review is for a beautiful hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. Ochota goes above and beyond in their service. The wellness facilities are nice and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning.

SUPER price relationship has spontaneously searched for a hotel overnight to go the next day snowboard. that was given here. we had only booked 1 week in advance. a quiet double room, which was clean, modern and yet simple, was available for us. in the hotel itself, corona conditions went extremely uncomplicated. until 20 o'clock we were able to visit the in-house restaurant, which offers delicious food. the bar was still open. wellness was included in the price. we had booked the sauna, among them: Finnish sauna, steam sauna, whirlpool, relaxation area, large showers and separate showers and changing rooms. but that for us alone. the breakfast was also sufficient, but adapted to the Czech mentality. we are very happy to come back!

New, modern and yet simplicitic (in Nordic style) accommodation 3 min drive from Klinovec Ski Center. The restaurant is fantastic- food tastes very good. What we appreciated is that there is kid's corner/ playroom at the restaurant and many toys available for the little guests. Rooms are big (above standard) and beds are comfortable. We would love to come back in the summer!
