Unfortunately, the pizza is just average. After the dough has risen, they use too much flour during processing, so the dough is stiff, too floured, and the flour is burnt from the bottom. Sugo could be better seasoned. It would take the competition to improve a bit and not have so much (sometimes they can't keep up).
