The Country Fryer - LOSTWITHIEL

My husband and I had fish chips and a couple of bottles of sugar free lemonade, the best fish and chips we had tasted in a very long time they were so .. not a morsel was left plenty of S/V on them too just as I asked. Staff were very friendly, too, all environmentally friendly paper, and bag, we then went to eat them by the river, and really enjoyed will definitely have them again next week of our holiday ... Arrived when the chip shop opened. Chips were lovely and fresh. Fish okay, just slightly overcooked. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Well this fish and chips will keep you alive but don’t go of the beaten path to get it! Not enough chips for a large portion, fish was not succulent and a bit over cooked inside, service was like a slap in the face with a wet fish and not a smile in sight, I got the feeling that if I wasn’t there they could Shut up shop and go home! Should have taken a packed lunch like biscuits or something. Service: Take out

We were on holiday in this beautiful town of Lostwithiel we decided to get fish and chips on our last night we had been warned that the woman in the chip shop was rude and she was very rude and does not deserve the trade ! Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The man and old woman where very rude and disrespectful towards you. So I advise going somewhere else and not to spend your money there and go somewhere else Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
