Lorena is the kindest person I've ever encountered, and the food is incredible.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. Lorena, who was working at the cash register, was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me or ask how she could help; in fact, she didn’t say a single word. The way she looked at me felt downright hostile, which was shocking and completely uncalled for. I've never encountered such bitterness from an employee before, and I can't understand why she acted that way. Additionally, the restaurant was quite messy, with most tables littered with food and used napkins. There were only two other customers besides me. Normally, I'm not easily offended, but this young lady’s blatant rudeness made my visit very uncomfortable.

I'm not sure what the one-star reviews are about, because this place is consistently excellent. I always come here for a reliable meal. Yes, they can be a bit slow at times since they cook everything to order, and maybe it's because they have a more understated vibe. I believe that once they start paying their employees a living wage, they'll really thrive! The breakfast burrito is fantastic.

Don’t skip the Chili Cheese Fries; they’re perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own. For something a little different, the ITSA Burger is a standout as well. Overall, everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was top-notch!

We always make it a point to visit this restaurant whenever we're in town. The takeout service is excellent, and we typically order lunch. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. As for the food and service, both are top-notch, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is also fantastic, another 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Double Cheeseburger with Green Chile, the Lotta Burger with Green Chile, the New Mexico Style Lota Burger, the Large Seasoned Fries, and the ITSA Burger.
