Fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the smell of wood burning and the delicious aroma of cooking in the air. Upon entering Boulder 54, I was impressed by the cozy and inviting decor, clearly a lot of thought went into every detail from the comfortable dining areas to the soft lighting. We chose to sit on the patio near the fire to escape the chilly evening air. We ordered the speck-wrapped scallops and ceviche, both dishes were incredibly flavorful, with the ceviche being particularly outstanding. I decided to try the Teriyaki bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh ingredients, from the curly carrots to the cilantro. I highly recommend this dish. This new restaurant is definitely a must-try. I will definitely be returning!
I think my expectations were too high. Nice atmosphere. we have made reservations for their Monday night prime rib. at the arrival we were asked to wait. After we had set ourselves, we ordered prime rib and chicken enchiladas. when we were served, the main nativity was rare (it was ordered medium) and enchiladas were naked! So both were sent back and after waiting for another 25 minutes, we were nothing special. the nativity was good (but you can not add kartoffel and while the enchiladas were delicious, the plate on which they were served was much warmer than eating. for the price we spent for the meal and a bottle of wine, we expected that we were blown away. perhaps our server was new, but with so many possibilities in the opposite it was not sure that we will return.
What a wonderful experience! I've eaten here for my man's birthday. the staff was efficient and helpful and eating! I had the southwestern seafood with risotto it was sea red tuna with garnel delicious! he had the pork shoulder that was tender and tasty! for dessert we had ananas with panama red around, rosin ice and caramel sauce flamed. Oh, and a special chocolate robe! we will definitely come back!
The large group was well treated at this restaurant. The prices were moderate, as is common in Panama. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.
