Tipico La Bahía - Los Melones

It is rare that I feel so motivated to write a review, but I think this deserves the effort. I am firmly convinced that the difference between a bad or great experience is the sum of several points that make a visit: ambience, organization, timing and flavors. Today I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant Típico La Bahía; a cozy place on the upper floor of the lobby of the Residencial Paraíso Aparta hotel. With an extensive and varied menu, we can define the offer as an international menu that focuses on Italian and seafood cuisine. Something within the option is the lack of options that are thought for the youngest, although the host reacts that the restaurant has pizzas. Personally, I would confirm that the options of Pastas and Fried Chicken Breasts could be added to the offer, although they are not intended for children. And here begins the unfavorable points of my visit to the square; the attention received by the waitress was on his lack of attention throughout the entire service, especially on the mistakes in the order in the only selected dishes, stressed that one of them could cause doubt in his selection, because there are two dishes with the same name: Mixed Grill, which exists in both meat and seafood options; but without leaving that it is the responsibility of waiters that the order of waiters taken. It is the waiter and the farmer who gives the Diners the experience that emphasizes in a visit. In summary, Restaurante Típico La Bahía was a cozy place, with a remarkable kitchen and an interesting profile of flavors that reacts to two of the points defined in the experience: Ambiance and Flavors; contrasts with the poor attention of the waitress on their lack of attention and bad management for their reputation over the experience. This last point destroyed the points of time and organization. Although the quality of his food and flavors turned out, I don't think I'm going to visit this restaurant again.
