Wendy's - Los Lunas

Attitude.Wrong food, HORRIBLE server. Wish I'd gone somewhere else to eat. Asked if I wanted cheese on my chili (which was soup but couldn't wrap her head around cheese on my baked potato (I got it with chives(ick I was rudely informed they don't put anything on the potatoes and was tossed a butter and a sour cream with my replacement potato, but still got no cheese. Husband asked for a double baconater got a single. After all the attitude from the girl wearing crocks in the kitchen I wasn't going back to return it. Had to ask for ketchup and a spoon for my chili which she slammed on the counter.I live in a rural area, been craving Wendy's, I've never been treated so badly at any restraunt. Ruined.Zero stars, do not recommend this particular Wendy's. It was a wasted opportunity after a 2 hour drive, I was hungry. Next time I'll eat somewhere else.

The young lady that took our order was so incredibly sweet. I would go back to this restaurant just for her customer service.

Been coming here since 2018 a couple times a year for the fries and Frosties. Limited time Orange Frosties were advertised so naturally, we had to snag a couple. We used drive-thru at 115pm on a Friday, 5 cars moved through quickly, we got fresh fries and fast service. Sometimes their fries have been not so fresh but 80% of the times we visit, everything is fine. Prices have gotten crazy but that's pretty much across the map of fast food places who don't pay their workers fairly yet keep jacking up the prices to make their millions. Los Lunas Wendy's workers were efficient and friendly, food was served fast, order was fine/as expected. Murka!Parking: This parking lot and intersection is chaos because there's a tiny Wendy's, a gas station and a car wash. Very cramped and any more than 6 cars in drive thru and you're in the street. It's the only Wendy's in Valencia County so it is what it is.

I want to commend you on your great burgers as well as your cold cups which don't leak like other burger places/fast-food

I Will not support any establishment that believes surge pricing is ok! Service is unheard of, food is subpar, and atmosphere (really! in a fast food restaurant) is nonexistent.This used to be a great place.Hold on tight everyone, Surge Pricing is the service industries attempt at shrinkflation.If you support them in the beginning you are basically saying yes, winter blend is more expensive, yes a plane crashed in Bolivia, that explains the increase in gas this week, yes...…
